Aaron Gillingham joined WellSpan in September 2023 to lead WellSpan's human capital strategy by developing and executing a comprehensive approach to culture, inclusion and workforce.
Aaron has more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience in retail, mortgage and health care organizations. He began his career with Walmart and has spent the last 10 years in healthcare, including at UnityPoint Health in Iowa, Beaumont Health in Michigan and Ohio Health.
He earned his bachelor's degree at Missouri State University and his master's degree in human resource development from Villanova University. He also has completed leadership programs through the Harvard Business School and Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
